Curbside Leaf Collection Program Friday 15 October 2021 10:54 AM UTC-07 | Tags: services The Town of Conception Bay South will be offering a Curbside Leaf Collection Program during the weeks of November 16-19 & November 23-26, 2021. Leaves and grass clippings will be collected in paper yard waste bags. Place your paper yard bags at the curb or road edge on your scheduled curbside recycling day. Area 1A – Tue, November 16 Area 1B – Tue, November 23 Only leaves and grass clippings in paper yard waste bags can be composted. There is no limit to the number of paper yard waste bags placed at the curb for collection. Leaves in plastic bags will not be collected as part of this program, and can be placed in your waste cart on your next scheduled regular garbage collection. Compostable paper yard waste bags are available at most local hardware stores and building centers.
